By accessing or using any services provided by LuxMed Concierge, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Telehealth Services

Our services are provided via telehealth by licensed Medical Practitioners in accordance with applicable state law. Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Eligibility

Services are available to adults (18+) in states where our providers are licensed. You must provide accurate and complete health information. Providing false information may result in termination of services.

Payment

LuxMed Concierge operates on a direct-pay model. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance directly.
